Leak prevention system
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ROOFS: the use of flat roofs is becoming more and more common. However, it is very common to find watertightness failures in this type of roof due to the deterioration of the sealing cords, fissures or cracks due to expansion or simply due to a bad installation.
SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM: with our new and patented NoMoreLeaks system, with a simple installation and with hardly any building work, we guarantee you absolute peace of mind inside your home.
ADDITIONALLY: NoMoreLeaks has a new digital anti-drip sensor system, with the ability to receive real-time notifications in case of leaks.

A UNIQUE SOLUTION
The use of inverted flat roofs, where the waterproofing is installed under the thermal insulation layer, has become widespread due to their better technical performance compared to traditional flat roofs.
However, it is very common to find watertightness failures in this type of roof that result in water flowing under the waterproofing sheet. The reasons for this failure are multiple, very difficult to identify and range from installation faults, deterioration of the perimeter sealing cords, to punctures of the sheet with construction debris, to the existence of entry points to the underside of the closing parapets caused by holes made to embed lighting fixtures, or the use of porous materials, to name a few examples.
Once the water circulates under the sheet, it is directed thanks to the slopes of the screeds towards the points where the drains have been installed, which are the lowest ones. When it reaches this area, the water penetrates the interior of the buildings by falling through the space between the drain and the hole in the floor slab that was made for its installation. As a result, damage begins to occur inside the buildings, which can affect false ceilings, electrical installations, mechanical installations, floors, etc.
The repairs that are usually carried out are usually very expensive and bothersome, consisting mainly of the removal and subsequent reinstallation of the entire system, with no guarantee that the same thing will not happen again over time.
Our solution, unique in the market, eliminates this problem with absolute guarantee, at a very low cost and with a quick and simple installation, by means of a piece that collects any leaks that may occur, redirecting them back to the water drainage system. We have standardised pieces adapted to the rest of the components used in construction for new building interventions and also with the possibility of designing and building made-to-measure pieces, specifically adapted to each case for the renovation market.
Additionally, it is possible to sensor the part to inform us of the existence of a leak, sending an alarm to any device or integrating the signal into the BMS that manages the building’s systems.
Goodbye to leaks on flat roofs.
